Is there refund policy available?
At eComerfy, we offer partial refunds based on the stage of project completion. If no work has started, a 100% refund is available. For projects in the initial setup phase, a 50% refund applies. If significant progress has been made, only a 25% refund may be granted. Completed projects are non-refundable. Additionally, third-party fees (e.g., domains, ads, or software licenses) are non-refundable. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment, and processing takes 7-14 business days. For disputes, contact us to explore solutions before requesting a refund.
Is there any discount coupon available?
Yes there is a discount coupon available. They will be updated according to the festivals.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change my subscription plan at any time?
