eComerfy Refund Policy

At eComerfy, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services tailored to our clients’ needs. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may request a refund. Our refund policy is structured to ensure fairness while covering the time and resources invested in initial project setups.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet been completed or fully delivered.
  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the initial payment.
  • The refund request is for services where significant development work has not yet been completed.

2. Refund Structure

  • Before Work Begins: If you request a refund before any work has started, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the paid amount.
  • During the Initial Setup Phase: If we have started the project but it is still in the early setup phase, a 50% refund will be issued.
  • After Initial Setup and Progression: If significant progress has been made, such as website development, design, SEO setup, or consultation, only a 25% refund may be granted based on the scope of work completed.
  • Completed Projects: Once a project has been fully completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable due to their nature:

  • Domain name registrations and third-party subscriptions.
  • Custom software development or integrations.
  • SEO, digital marketing, and advertising campaigns that have already been executed.
  • Third-party service fees incurred on behalf of the client.
